All of our websites are created in WordPress, and there are many benefits of having a WordPress website. The WordPress content management system (CMS) is open source and simple to use which means you have the option to edit and take control of your content going forward. If you prefer, we can also provide support on an ongoing basis to make sure your website updates run smoothly and content is updated without a glitch!
We won’t tie you into a contract, once your website is paid for—you own it, you are not tied to our services and you can host it anywhere. Importantly there won’t be any ongoing monthly fees—unless you want to invest in website or marketing support. This makes it the most affordable option for your business.

The cost for website design varies, from company to company and from project to project. Our quote is personal to your business and will be based on your technical requirements and the size of the website that you need.
After an initial chat with you, where we will ask discuss the style, purpose, functionality and size of the website you are building, this enables us to calculate how long the project will take and from there we will be able to provide you with a realistic quote.
The length of time for building a website will vary, it depends on project size and technical requirements. If we receive all text content, imagery and information promptly, we can generally deliver a 5 page standard website within 4 weeks.
Don’t worry, project timelines are discussed with you in the initial consultation. A rough estimate provided alongside your quote if you require it.
Once the full balance of the project has been paid, you will own your website. Should you wish to move to another hosting provider, we will make this as straightforward as possible for you. We hope that your experience with Creative Twist is excellent from the beginning to the end.
We usually ask that our clients pay 50% of the total cost upon commission of the project, then the remaining balance of 50% is paid upon completion of the website, these are our standard business terms.

Most of our clients provide the information for their websites and we simply populate it on the site. We can offer a copy writing service at an additional cost, this can be quoted separately if required.
We work with you to discuss the ethos of the company, target audience and key messages and provide advice on how to put together industry relevant content which can be finalised and edited by you or a member of your team.
We build websites using WordPress with a user-friendly content management system. WordPress is an open source platform with around 28 + million live websites worldwide, it is by far the most common CMS system. We love it because it’s an open source platform, SEO and mobile friendly, and comes with a great blogging functionality. We can provide training if necessary to allow clients to edit their own websites after launch to save them time and money!
We design all of our websites with SEO (search engine optimisation) at the forefront. This means we build the website so search engines like Google will be able to easily read and index the website when they crawl them. We cannot however guarantee that your website will always rank highly in google, if this is vital to your business we can discuss ways in which we can support you with SEO.
There are many many factors which impact your website ranking in search engines, some examples of this are keyword competition, content quality, image alt tags and duplicate content etc. Search Engine Optimisation is often a long term marketing technique that can require ongoing work. We can offer this service as a monthly package if you aren’t entirely happy with your website’s search performance.
All our websites are created in WordPress, which means they come with a simple, user-friendly CMS (Content Management System) behind the scenes. We can provide a comprehensive training package if necessary to help you get up to speed and feeling confident enough to add or amend content on your website.
